At Orchid Bay, we serve a fixed, family-style menu rooted in traditional Italian cooking. Each evening begins with a curated spread of antipasti and continues through handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and seasonal dishes that honor the simplicity and soul of Italian cuisine. At the heart of it all is our Molise olive oil—pressed from olives grown on David’s family orchard in Montoro, Italy. Alongside Chef Brendon, we’ve crafted a menu that reflects our love for tradition, quality, and storytelling through food.

Our setting is just as thoughtfully designed as our menu. Most guests dine on the open terrace, where the ocean breeze and the colors of sunset become part of the experience. Inside, the atmosphere is cozy and elegant, blending beachside charm with Italian refinement.
