David Di Rienzo, a driving force behind Orchid Bay Beach House Restaurants, began his journey in 2009, captivated by the stunning island of St. Kitts. He moved his business and family to this captivating locale, initiating the establishment of Razo Construction Inc. Along with a highly talented and dedicated team, they embarked on their first project: constructing a home in the prestigious Christophe Harbour. This was the first of many luxury developments to grace their portfolio.

Raised in Quebec, Canada, David's Italian grandparents significantly influenced his early culinary journey. Their shared meals and stories kindled a deep appreciation for the intricate dance of architecture, design, and culinary arts. Traveling through Italy and other European countries further honed his palate and architectural vision.

These frequent European trips served as a wellspring of inspiration, nurturing his passion for both architecture and the culinary arts. Motivated by these experiences, David, along with his exceptional team, conceived the idea of a unique venue - a place where people could savor authentic Italian cuisine against the beautiful backdrop of the Caribbean.

From this shared vision, Orchid Bay Beach House Restaurant was born. Located on a breathtaking beachfront, the restaurant manifests the collective effort of David and his team, all committed to creating extraordinary experiences. Every detail of Orchid Bay, from architecture to the menu, is a testament to their shared passion, vision, and commitment to excellence. Today, it stands as a beacon of their journey, reshaping the culinary landscape of St. Kitts, one extraordinary meal at a time.

Their success extends beyond the innovative architectural designs and unique dining experiences. One such achievement is incorporating the essence of David's olive grove in Molise, Italy, into the flavors of St. Kitts. Today, the cold press olive oil from his grove is used in all recipes at Orchid Bay, adding a touch of Italian authenticity to each dish.
